ROC Properties – your obvious choice for logistics properties

The idea for ROC Properties had existed among its three founders Jan Persson, Joakim Hedin and Paul Frankenius for quite a while, before it became a reality in the autumn of 2021.

With long-term ownership, ROC Properties will be the best real estate company in logistics for both tenants and investors. Future growth is based on reliable and stable tenants in properties of the highest quality, in strategically selected locations and through acquisitions.

Our ambition is to be the market leader and in that way shape the factors that ensure a modern logistics property. With our founders’ and management’s ample resources, extensive experience, and solid knowledge of real estate, logistics, and trade, we’re confident that ROC Properties will meet the high demands of both tenants and investors now and in the future.

Karl Persson has more than 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, of which the last 25 he has spent in managerial roles. Before ROC Properties, Karl was employed at Cushman & Wakefield as CEO for Sweden, where he won the “2020 Business Consultant of the Year” prize, which is awarded by the real estate industry. His previous roles include deputy CEO at CBRE Sweden and transaction manager at JLL.

Cecilia Löwgren has worked as an auditor for 21 years, of which she spent 15 years at PwC as a certified public accountant. Her customers have included smaller owner-managed businesses as well as international groups. For the past six years, Cecilia has worked with real estate and its financial management at Newsec Property Asset Management as Key Account Finance Manager and most recently in the role of Business Area Manager.

Bockasjö Capital AB

Joakim Hedin is CEO of Bockasjö AB, Bockasjö Capital AB and chairman of the board at ROC Properties AB. Since 2004, he’s developed and positioned Bockasjö AB as one of the leading real estate development companies in Sweden, with the goal of building modern, effective, energy-efficient, and environmentally friendly logistics buildings. Bockasjö Holding is the majority owner of Bockasjö AB, together with Frankenius Equity. Bockasjö Capital AB also develops housing and community service properties.

Jan Persson

Kilenkrysset

Jan Persson is chairman of the board, CEO and owner of Kilenkrysset AB, which he founded in 1990. Kilenkrysset’s business concept is to build, manage, long-term own, and develop attractive areas for warehouses, logistics, offices, and housing, and today it’s one of Sweden’s leading property developers in warehousing and logistics properties. Jan Persson has previously had success with the manufacturing and sales of car parts.

Paul Frankenius

Frankenius Equity

Paul Frankenius is the founder and owner of Frankenius Equity. He has a background that includes key roles in JC, KappAhl, Brothers, Gina Tricot, Junkyard and Scorett, to name a few. Frankenius is a partner in Bockasjö AB, a real estate company with a focus on the development of logistics properties. He is also chairman of the board at Gina Tricot, as well as a board member at the University of Borås and Sparbanksstiftelsen Sjuhärad. Paul is also dedicated to several charity and community development projects.
