Goal of being listed on the stock exchange

Founded in 2021, ROC Properties focuses exclusively on the long-term ownership and management of modern logistics properties with reliable tenants and in strategic locations. The company will own properties worth approximately SEK 2 billion in 2022, and by the end of 2023, the portfolio will amount to approximately SEK 4 billion. Starting with the first quarter of 2022, three properties have been included. Two are located in Rosersberg outside Stockholm: DHL (15,829 m2) and Åhléns (37,560 m2), and one on the outskirts of Eskilstuna: Apoteket (20,300 m2). ROC Properties’ ambition is to also acquire logistics properties on the open market.

The company is currently 50-percent-owned by Kilenkrysset, 25-percent-owned by Bockasjö Holding, and 25-percent-owned by Frankenius Equity – three companies and owners with extensive experience in real estate, logistics, and trading. The goal is to list ROC Properties on the stock exchange within 24 to 36 months. The CEO is Karl Persson, former CEO of Cushman & Wakefield Sweden.
