ROC Properties has recruited Cecilia Löwgren to start as CFO on 7 April 2022.

Cecilia has previously worked as a certified public accountant with 15 years of experience from the auditing firm PwC. That experience has given her knowledge and insight into various types of businesses, industries, and ownership formats, from smaller owner-managed businesses to larger international groups.

For the past six years, Cecilia has focused on real estate and financial management at Newsec Property Asset Management, most recently in the role of Business Area Manager.

In connection with its recruitment of Cecilia, ROC Properties will continue its expansive growth plan that the company has set out. Cecilia’s experience and expertise in real estate and compliance in real estate and financial matters strengthens the continued growth strategy and the goal of introducing ROC Properties on the stock exchange.
